FRONT ROOM MUSIC ALBUM - ARTIST BIOS PAULA FOY Paula Foy, a true songbird, grew up nationwide, from the California coast to the Florida coast; from the Mississippi delta (where she first picked up a guitar at age fourteen) to the Utah mountains and on to the West Texas plains, where she spent her formative years. There she met singer/songwriter Jim Stricklan, in 1976. Paula wrote "Colorado Man", honoring the experience of making music with Jim. In 1977 Paula moved to Austin, finished college, and married. Her musical soul led her back to playing. She performed for 3 years with The Southlanders, a fine Austin acoustic band. Paula now performs solo/duo. ORDER FORM MUSIC
